There are two kinds of single spiral and double spiral. The material is fed from the inlet and placed on the flexible transmission belt. It moves upward from the lower part of the spiral around the drum. At the same time, the cold air passes through the refrigerator, fan and conveyor belt to freeze the material and circulate it. The compressor refrigeration system is adopted. The cold air temperature is adjustable from -5 to -45 ℃. Under the conditions of cold air temperature -35 ℃ and freezing time 30min, the processing capacity is 500~3000 kg/h.

Structural features
The spiral quick-freezing machine is composed of flexible conveyor belt, rotating cylinder, fan, air curtain, transmission, variable speed, flushing, safety, refrigeration and other devices. The flexible conveyor belt (chain) forms a spiral circulation loop. When the drum rotates, the friction force between the slat and the chain installed on the drum is used to make the chain around the drum move. The material is fed through the inlet and placed on the flexible transmission belt. The rotating belt moves upward from the lower spiral. At the same time, cold air passes through the refrigerator, fan and conveyor belt to freeze and recycle the material. After the material is frozen, it is unloaded from the upper part. In order to prolong the service life of the chain, a turning mechanism is set to make the two ends of the chain wear in turn.
The air curtain is installed at the material inlet and outlet to reduce the loss of cold energy. The spiral quick-freezing machine adopts a compressor refrigeration system, and the cold air temperature is adjustable from -5 to -45 ℃. Under the condition of cold air temperature -35 ℃ freezing time 30MIN, the processing capacity is 500~3000 KG/H. The machine is characterized by compact structure, small footprint, continuous operation and rapid freezing.
